Winsford has much to offer visitors, the new Weaver Way Network is full of wildlife, with rich restored landscape along Cheshire's Waterways. Taking you deep into some of Cheshire’s finest countryside, this 40 mile route follows the gentle path of meandering waterways through Chesire and the North West.
There is sailing, fishing and walking at Winsford Flashes, which are now an area of natural beauty on the River Weaver. The flashes were formed when the underground caverns from where the salt had been pumped out as brine and collapsed.
