Delamere Forest, Cheshire's largest woodland, is both a place for families to let off steam and a place to escape the crowds.
The forest offers a variety of outdoor pursuits including Go Ape, the ‘High Wire Forest Adventure’. Delamere Forrest also holds events, exhibitions and wildlife displays.
The 30-mile ‘Sandstone Trail’ walk cuts through Delamere Forest, once a royal hunting ground in Norman times; it is now a haven for wildlife.
